📸 Photography Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Alicia, you agree to the following:
1. Image Use & Consent
Unless requested otherwise, selected photos from your session may be shared on my portfolio, website, or social media to showcase my work.
Consent for image use is typically considered granted upon booking, but your comfort and privacy always come first.

🔒 I will never post images of children, and I won’t share anything that could be seen as unflattering, embarrassing, or out of context. You’ll always be shown in your best light — literally and figuratively.

2. Opt-Out Option
If you'd prefer that none of your images be shared publicly, just let me know when booking or anytime afterward — no questions asked.
3. Respect Comes First
I’m here to help you feel confident and have fun. If there’s a photo or moment you don’t vibe with, it won’t see the light of day. Easy as that.
4. For Brands, Bands & Public Figures
If you're working on something confidential, or just living your life off the clock — you’re safe with me. I’m a photographer, not a journalist.
Your private moments stay private. That includes behind-the-scenes projects, unreleased work, and yes... even the wild stuff (no judgment — no leaks ).

5. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before your session. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 5 dAYS notice so we can find you a new date. Cancellations result in forfeiting your deposit.

6. Delivery & Editing
You’ll receive your fully-edited photos within a few days via [online gallery/USB]. Editing includes color correction and light retouching. More advanced edits (like swapping heads or erasing your ex) may incur an additional fee — but totally worth it.

7. Copyright & Licensing
Nyxa retains the copyright to all images. You receive a personal-use license, which means you can print, share, and post them to your heart’s content. Commercial use requires prior written agreement.

8. Liability & Safety
I’m not responsible for injuries, lost or damaged property, or weather-related delays. If a location or situation becomes unsafe, I reserve the right to pause or stop the session — but we can always reschedule when things calm down.
